Concert Band Workshop and Concert
Olympic Hall, The Mountbatten School, Romsey
This exciting opportunity with members of the band of HM Royal Marines will involve students from both Mountbatten and Romsey schools. There will be a concert performance at 4pm to which the general public are very welcome. There will be a retiring collection to help defray costs.

15.30 Afternoon Tea Concert at Abbotswood Court, Romsey
Enjoy tea and cake whilst listening to music from two young ensembles.

19.00 Romsey Schools Choir Festival at Romsey Abbey
This concert is a celebration of the fantastic quality of young singing in the town. Come and let your ears feast on the fabulous sound of more choirs from local Primary and Secondary schools. It is usually a sell out, so make sure you get your tickets, which are available from the Heritage Centre, Romsey (01794 512987) or from www.ticketsource.co.uk/musicinromsey Proceeds in aid of Jane Scarth House.
Experience the fabulous setting of Mottisfont Abbey as a backdrop to performances by local young musicians.

15.45 North Baddesley School Summer Concert
A chance to see and hear pupils from North Baddesley School perform in their annual concert.
18.00 Nursling School Summer Concert
Come and enjoy the sound of young people making music. Instrumental groups, soloists and choir will entertain you at this Primary School event.
Come and relax at The Old House at Home in Romsey and enjoy vocalists bringing you an eclectic mix of songs from the shows and from your favourite chart singers.
19.00 Primary Schools Choir Festival at The United Reform Church, Romsey
The opening event of the Festival celebrates the quality of the choirs from six local Primary schools. Admission at the door, £5. Proceeds in aid of Jane Scarth House.
This workshop is designed for aspiring jazz musicians who play guitar, piano, bass and drums.
